1. Encourage and promote the worship of God.
2. Encourage and promote the edification (building up) of Deaf believers.
3. Provide a foundation of fellowship among Deaf Christians of the same faith.
4. Encourage and promote the evangelization of the Deaf world and foreign countries.
5. Promote and establish Deaf churches and ministries.
6. Encourage and promote the training of Deaf ministers.
7. Establish and maintain such committees, departments, and institutions as may be
    necessary for the propagation of the gospel and the work of the Pentecostal fellowship
8. Recommend and assist candidates for credential to their respective districts
9. To work in unity with the purposes of the General Council of the Assemblies of God
10. To elect its own officers and committees, and govern itself
11. To purchase and hold in trust any property for the  undertaking of its work
