He will be missed as I remember him when we lived in Sulphur and he often would come down and visit LHR and other events. Our prayers goes to the family.

EDMOND — Elmo Fleming Pierce, 75, of Edmond, Okla. died peacefully Monday, February 21, 2011, at his home. He was born December 15, 1935 to Eugene F. and Carol Porter Pierce in Freedom, Okla.

Elmo graduated from the Oklahoma School for the Deaf in 1956 and was appointed Home Missionary to the Deaf by the Assemblies of God in 1962. Elmo pastored churches for the Deaf until 1979 and then utilized his God-given talent of remodeling and rebuilding homes for many years.
